What are your order processing times?

We typically ship and process your order within seven days.  If you are paying by check or money order there will be a delay determined by how long it takes to receive verification of cleared payment.

What if I cant find the product I'm looking for on your site?

If you find that there is a product that we do not carry simply contact us and we will do our best to update our product offerings.  It is our goal to provide each and every customer with exactly what they are looking for.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges for thirty days.  Simply contact us with your refund/exchange request and we will process within 7 days. 

Are there any warranties on your products?

Yes.  In addition to any manufacturers warranties we will offer our own 30 day warranty on all products.  Also, we do not sell any products that do not have at least a 1 year manufacturers warranty.  Also feel free to inquire about our lifetime warranties (there is an additional cost).

Can I pay with a check?

Yes, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, money order, and Paypal.  Please note that when paying by personal check or Paypal you order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.

Can you ship your products as gifts?

Yes, simply specify in your order confirmation details where you would like your order shipped and we will accomodate.  We can also include a gift tag for your recipient.

How can I be sure i'm getting authentic products?

We only sell products that have been authorized by their parent companies.  We have worked very hard to establish relationships with various manufacturers.  Here at Choose Your Fashion you can rest assured you are purchasing only the highest quality products in the industry.

How can I contact you?

Simply drop us an email via our contact form.  We respond to all requests within 48 hours.  Feel free to leave your phone number and a representative will contact you via phone within 48 hours as well.

Do you wholesale your products? 

Yes, we do wholesale orders.  Please contact us for inquiries.

What if I find your products cheaper elsewhere?

Simply contact us and let us know where you found it and we will beat any authorized distributors prices by 15%.

What if I have not received my order?

Please check your credit card statement to verify that your order was processed.  If your order has been processed simply send us an email to check the status of your shipment.
